The Whirlaways dance the 2nd and 4th Friday of each month at the Barn, 1950 Sycamore Drive in San Marcos, California.  Please lnk to our   Upcoming Dances  page for more information. Pre-rounds begin at 7:30 p.m.   Our squares are from 8:00 - 10:30 p.m.  With two squares of advanced dancers, and a willing caller, there is an advanced tip at the end of each dance.

	Come visit and dance with us at The Barn in San Marcos (see directions below).  The Barn has a beautiful wood floor, indoor facilities and lovely grounds outside that will be a  welcome assist when you need to cool down after squaring up with friendly, helpful and warm folks. We look forward to your visit!

DIRECTIONS TO THE BARN:  From 78 - Take Twin Oaks Drive Exit.  Go north on Twin Oaks Drive to Olive Street.  Right on Olive St. to Sycamore.  Left on Sycamore.  The Barn will be on your left within quarter of a mile. From I-15 - Deer Springs Exit - it will become Twin Oaks Dr.  Make a left on Olive Street. Left on Sycamore.  The Barn will be on your left within a quarter of a mile.

MEET REY GARZA.......

Square dance tips are alternated with round dancing,
cued by our permanent guest cuer, and President of
the Round Dance Cuers Association, Rey Garza.

Rey is energetic, tantalizing, invigorating and makes
round dancing contagious. 

Square Dancing offers social and health benefits, as well as the opportunity to meet with
wonderful, caring  people - a combination that can't be beat.  
 
 Our club has had thirty-five years of experience and, because of our commitment, experience
and expertise, the WHIRLAWAYS has established a social relationship with our members
that will last a lifetime.

The WHIRLAWAYS SQUARE DANCE CLUB was founded in 1969,by Judd Jones, who was the club's first caller.
